Agilopolis conference offers you two tracks to choose from:

Selection of tracks is based on Agilopolic Community most discussed and argued topics.

Agile implementation in organization

Many aspects of Agility has been discussed and tried to be introduced within our organizations. You may have heard about Agile development many years ago and maybe you have started using some of the ideas. This track will focus on becoming an agile organization.
In this track we will listen to people who are agile and we will discuss with them how you can become an agile too.

Some of organizations have already introduced agile in general or at least some aspects of it. Tracks of this lecture concentrate on practical experiences of agile introduction within organizations. We will listen and learn from those, who already have agile. Many OIs will be answered.
Retrospective and soft aspects of agile

Retrospective means to take a look back at events that already have taken place. The term is also used in software engineering, where it means is a meeting held by a project team at the end of a project or process to discuss what was successful about the project, what could be improved, and how to incorporate the successes and improvements in future iterations or projects.
